New clients and return clients who have not been to the clinic in the last 12 months are not being currently accepted. If you proceed to book an appointment it will be declined and your deposit refunded. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Strictly no children are to accompany you to your appointment. Please attend your appointment alone unless otherwise arranged. All guests who have not been authorised to attend with you will be required to leave for the duration of the treatment. The nature of the practice can be hazardous, and we do not provide childminding services. Therefore, it is a strict policy that children do not attend your appointment with you. Your service will be declined if you do bring them to your appointment.
Please attend your appointment alone unless otherwise arranged. Guests will have to wait outside the clinic, or your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Please note there is now a 1.1% surcharge for all card transactions effective January 2025.
We are prohibited to advertise our prices. If you are unsure if you can afford your treatment, please book in for a consultation without treatment to obtain a quote. Please note- there has been an up to 10% price increase on some services effective January 1st 2025. In addition, a cost of $30 for each prescription obtained will be now added to your total cost if applicable.
Bookings are now only available to be made online. Appointments will not be accepted via email, sms, social media or over the phone.
Please click the booking button below to make an appointment. A minimum $50 deposit per service will be required for all clients at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is only refundable if you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your appointment and is redeemable against to the total cost of your treatment. The $50 charge for a consultation is only redeemable against treatment performed on the same day.
Please do not bring in food or drinks into the clinic (with the exception of bottled water). This is an ACT Health infection control certified environment, and it is not appropriate to consume food and beverages within the clinical environment.
Please confirm your appointment via the confirmation SMS sent to you 48 hours prior. You have the opportunity to reschedule and adjust the service of your appointment via a provided link in the SMS at this time, too.
Please give careful consideration for what services you are booking. Change of mind on the day or within 24hours will result in a charge of 20% value of that service. If you are unsure of what you want to book in for, please book in for a treatment consultation.
If you have not confirmed your appointment by 24 hours, your appointment may be cancelled without notice to accommodate other clients who are wishing to book an appointment. In this circumstance, your booking deposit is not refundable.
Appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours prior. Late cancellations within 24hours of your appointment are considered to be a failure to attend your appointment. All clients who fail to attend will be required to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure their next appointment. This invoice will be forwarded to you to pay to secure your next appointment. As this is a non-essential service, for two or more failures to attend your appointment, we reserve the right to refuse future appointments.
Please be on time to your appointment. There is no guarantee we can perform the treatment if you are late, and you will be charged 20% for any service which you are booked for which is not performed.
Payment prior to your treatment is required after accurate quotations have been given.
No videos, recordings or photos of treatments or products are allowed.
ID will be required if you are under 25.
Rejuvenate studio reserves the right to refuse any service.
You can reschedule your appointment a maximum of three times online before your booking will be cancelled.
No guarantees will be made that you can have same day treatment if you choose to book in for a consult only.
A treatment review is for existing clients who require a follow-up after their treatment.
Any additional or top up treatment is not free. You will be charged by the unit.
Payment for filler treatments is for the service not the volume. Under no circumstances will remaining product be shared with another person or kept for a later date. You will not receive a discount or credit for future services if only partial syringes are used.
Under no circumstances will we provide a refund. Due to the nature of our treatments, results may vary. This will be discussed during your consultation. You agree you are paying for the service and not a guaranteed outcome.
Full payment is required on the same day as your treatment. Under no circumstances do we offer in clinic lay buy or credit services.

For your convenience, Rejuvenate Studio accepts the following payments: After pay, Zippay, all major credit and debit cards and cash. Failure to settle your account same day will result in your information being sent to the police and for debt collection. The card you use to secure your appointment with will be charged for the remainder of your outstanding costs in the first instance.
